I first adopted the Yin to my heart ~ Lily, and then the Yang to my soul ~ Luna, who passed away in 2021. Dixon fell into my lap last, totally by accident… I foster failed and adopted him myself because I had become OBSESSED with curing his allergies without it breaking the bank! Before we fell in love with our integrative lifestyle, we found a drug called ‘Apoquel’. But then he started to become very ill. Our new vet diagnosed him with EPI and that’s when I knew the drug was dangerous! After years of research and consulting with holistic experts, I chose NOT to suppress his immune system and to find the actual root cause! He truly taught me that everything starts in the gut microbiome. You need to Listen to their body, not just plop a big pharma pill into their food and call it a day. That’s not enough!
